Christian is a senior corporate finance professional with over 25 years of experience in financial advisory, strategic consulting, and corporate management. Throughout his career, he has led numerous projects in business valuation, mergers and acquisitions, corporate financing, and debt restructuring for family-owned companies, investment funds, and large corporate groups. He is also a registered expert witness before the Santiago Court of Appeals.

Prior to founding SAJOR Consulting, Christian held executive roles in multinational , local and regional level, Managing Director of Big4 advisor of firms and advised companies across various industries, including infrastructure, energy, retail, and financial services. His work is marked by technical rigor, strategic insight, and a hands-on, client-focused approach. He has also served as a Finance professor at the University of Chile and the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile.

Carolina Aguilera Valenzuela

Carolina has over 25 years of experience in the financial sector, specializing in capital markets, corporate strategy, and international financing. She has led more than 20 bond issuance processes in international markets totaling USD 4 billion.

She is currently a Partner of Capital Markets and Financing at SAJOR Consulting, where she leads the firm’s bond structuring and debt financing practice.

Previously, she served as Senior Vice President at BCI and BancoEstado. She has also been a Finance professor at the University of Chile.

Rodolfo Echeverria

Rodolfo is a senior executive with over 25 years of international experience in corporate finance, infrastructure development, and public-private partnerships (PPP). His background includes leadership roles in strategic consulting, project management, and financial advisory across both public and private sectors.

He currently serves as Partner of Infrastructure and Financing at SAJOR Consulting, where he brings deep expertise in financial structuring and business development. He is also Executive Vice President of Global Business Development at Aerosimple, focusing on simplifying airport operations, and serves as LATAM advisor to SSP America. In parallel, Rodolfo is a lead instructor for the Airport Business Planning and Sustainability course in the ACI–ICAO Airport Management Professional Accreditation Program (AMPAP).
